ADMISSION PROCESS

  • Admission procedure in THPMS is as simple as possible to ensure a stress-free application experience for all prospective parent.
  • Registration form duly filled is to be deposited in school office within prescribed time limit. Date of entrance exam/interview is provided to the student at the time of submission of registration form.
  • Applicants must pay the registration fee(non-refundable) for the registration to be completed.

Class: Nursery to II

  • Admission is granted on the basis of age criteria and interaction with parents subject to availability of seats.
  • For Nursery: The child should be 3+ years by 31 st March of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.

Class: III to IX and XI

  • Admission is granted on the basis of merit in Entrance exam (for English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning).
  • Students are selected purely on the basis of minimum cut off decided by the school.
  • For Class XI- The admission process for Grade XI will commence only after Grade X Board Exam.
  • Provisional Admission is processed and converted to confirmed after submission of required.
    documents and deposit of applicable fee. (After the declaration of Board Result)

After selection, the following documents needs to be submitted by the applicant:

  •  Attested copy of Date of birth Certificate of candidate signed by Municipal Committee along with two passport size photographs.
  •  Attested copy of Aadhar card of candidate & parents (Father and Mother both)
  •  Affidavit of Annual Income of Family from all sources/Salary Slip from employed.
  •  Medical Certificate from qualified doctor regarding Medical fitness of child.
  •  For Class: III-VIII- Copy of First Term Result/Report card issued from school in which student is
    currently studying.
  • TC required of previous class.
  •  All Admissions are granted subject to availability of seats.
  •  If in case a student has not attended the school even for a day and parents want to cancel the admission, cancellation charges of INR 3000/- will be deducted from the total amount. If student starts attending the school then no amount will be refunded.
  • Forms are likely to be rejected if information/documents(asked as per school admission policy) are found incomplete or false.
  • Registration fee and Admission fee is non refundable and non transferable.
